The PFA Team

The young players are supervised by professional coaches, including Jacques et Ricardo FATY, Coach James, Richard SOUMAH, Sullivan JOUS, Anatole NGAMUKOL, Fabrice NUMERIC, Christopher MESQUITA… most of whom come from INF Clairefontaine.

They bring their expertise and experience to help young players develop their skills, technique, and progress in a high-quality environment, with two training sessions per day.

PFA Founder & Coach

Talented footballer of multiple origins (French, Senegalese, Cape Verdean, and Vietnamese), began his career at FC Épinay-sous-Sénart before making a name for himself at the Clairefontaine pre-training center, then at the Rennes training center.

Having won every possible trophy with his club’s youth team, the France 84 generation, of which he is the captain, won the prestigious World Cup in 2001. Coveted by many European clubs, he chose to stay at Rennes and signed his first professional contract.

His journey led him to Olympique de Marseille, where he participated in the Champions League. At FC Sochaux, he signed a three-year contract before heading to Turkey to join Sivasspor. Having dual nationality, he earned 20 caps with the Lions of Teranga (Senegal). He continued his career at Bastia, in China with Wuhan Zall, and in Australia, where he reached the regular season final with Sydney FC.

As a mentor dedicated to youth, Jacques Faty has guided several young talents to renowned clubs in Europe and internationally. Currently, he has managed a section of the PSG Academy in Turkey and heads a football training center: 19GRUP, where he continues to train, educate, and support young people from all over the world. Today, he is preparing advanced training camps with the Professional Football Academy (PFA), benefiting from the support and guidance of major figures in football.

Samir Amireche, a French-Algerian talent, stands out as an iconic figure in the world of football.

Having shined as a French champion and Cup Winners’ Cup winner with PSG, his exceptional career is a testament to his dedication and outstanding skills on the field. As an international player, he also proudly represented Algeria’s national team, contributing to the legacy of Algerian football.

Beyond his achievements as a player, Samir Amireche has forged a new path as the Sporting Director of US Créteil. His strategic vision and passion for football continue to inspire, reflecting his unwavering commitment to sports development and excellence.

With a vast network, Samir Amireche excels at uniting key figures in the football world, further amplifying his positive impact on the sport. He remains a source of inspiration for current and future generations of footballers.

RICARDO FATY

Coach

Ricardo Faty, a French-Senegalese footballer born on August 4, 1986, in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, France, is a versatile midfielder who began his professional career at Strasbourg in 2004. In 2006, he joined AS Roma and was subsequently loaned to Bayer Leverkusen in Germany and Nantes in France.

In 2009, he signed with Aris Thessaloniki in Greece, before moving to AC Ajaccio in France’s Ligue 1 in 2011. After two seasons at Ajaccio, he joined Standard Liège in Belgium, where he made a strong impression, notably winning the Belgian Supercup in 2014.

Ricardo Faty then continued his career in Turkey, playing for Bursaspor from 2015 to 2018, before joining Ankaragücü and later AC Bellinzona in Switzerland. As a Senegalese international, he earned several caps for the national team. Known for his defensive solidity and ability to play in various midfield positions, Faty has had a rich career spanning multiple European leagues.

Richard SOUMAH

Richard Soumah, a true craftsman of football, has crafted an exceptional career that transcends the boundaries of the pitch. With refined technique and a rare football intelligence, he stood out as a driving force in the pursuit of excellence.

His professional journey is marked by remarkable performances with various teams, demonstrating his consistency and positive influence. Richard embodied perseverance and commitment, captivating football enthusiasts with his creativity and unmatched flair.

James Crispin

James Crispin has a wealth of experience in the world of football, having played both in France and Australia.

In Paris, he completed his training with coaching diplomas, enhancing his skills and building a strong foundation for a career in sports management.

With his international experience and deep knowledge of the game, James has developed a unique expertise that enables him to work with both top-level professionals and promising young talents.

Passionate about player development, he is dedicated to passing on his knowledge, experience, and tactical insights to help players reach their full potential on the field.

Sullivan Jous

Sullivan Jous, a distinguished figure in football, has etched his name in the sport’s history through his exceptional journey. With unwavering determination, he forged his path on the field, showcasing a contagious passion and innate talent.

Sullivan JOUS

Anatole Ngamukol

Coach

Anatole Ngamukol had the honor of joining the prestigious INF Clairefontaine. He later signed with the Reims youth academy, making a few professional appearances before heading to Real Zaragoza and CF Palencia. After returning to France to play in CFA2, his career took off again when he signed with FC Wil in the Swiss second division, then moved to the Swiss first division with FC Thun and Grasshopper Zurich. There, he became a Swiss champion and participated in a European campaign with the Grasshoppers. He later returned to France, playing for Red Star and Stade de Reims, where he became a Ligue 2 champion and earned promotion to Ligue 1.

Now a qualified coach with experience mentoring young players, Anatole is passionate about passing on his knowledge to help the next generation reach the highest level.

Christopher Mesquita

Coach

Christopher Mesquita had the honor of joining INF Clairefontaine alongside Jacques FATY, where he had the privilege of being trained for three years by Francisco Filho. A French U16 international, he then joined the PSG training center, where he captained the U18 team and played with the Parisian reserves before continuing his career in Portugal with Boavista.

Back in France, he played for five years in CFA and National, notably reaching the Round of 16 in the Coupe de France with Poissy. Unfortunately, his football career ended prematurely at the age of 24 due to an injury.

Determined to reinvent himself, he then joined a business school and embarked on a new adventure. Today, he has over 15 years of experience in digital and entrepreneurship, heading two successful companies. His motto: combining Sport and Digital with passion and determination.
